ManTech supports Air Force cybersecurity

FAIRFAX, Va., Nov. 22 (UPI) -- Software development solutions for cyber defense will be provided to a U.S. Air Force Information Operations squadron by ManTech International.

The Virginia company said the task order from the General Services Administration is for one base year with a one-year option. It's worth $7.1 million.

The task order, under the GSA's Alliant Government-Wide Acquisition Contract vehicle, is in support of the Air Force Cyber Command's cyber defense technology development, integration and fielding support services.

The specific unit that will receive the support is the U.S. Air Force 90th Information Operations Squadron, ManTech said.
