The notorious sports agent also faces charges of breach of recognizance.

Danton, a former St. Louis Blues forward, used to be one of Frost's clients before being jailed over an alleged plot to have the agent killed.

Frost also is the target of sexual exploitation charges brought against him between 1995 and 2001 involving four young boys and girls.

The Sun said Frost, who was released, is due in court Tuesday to answer the latest allegations against him.
