Cuba summit draws U.S. critics

HAVANA, Sept. 11 (UPI) -- The United States will be one of the main hitting points at a summit starting in Havana, where leaders from more than 50 nations will converge.

"Inevitably at non-aligned meetings there is a lot of rhetoric launched at the boogeyman, which is the United States," Larry Birns, director of the Council on Hemispheric Affairs, told the Chicago Tribune.
