Three explosions rocked the busy Red Sea resort in the Sinai after midnight, killing at least 75 people and injured more than 120 others.

The leaders offered to provide support to Egypt in its fight against terrorism and called for joining Arab and Muslim efforts to fight "evil terrorism," which they said was targeting innocent civilians all over the world.

The Saudi-based Organization of Islamic Conferences, with groups 57 Muslim countries, said the blasts in Sharm el-Sheikh and other terrorist attacks "contradict all the principles of Islam and human morality."

The OIC said in a statement "these recent horrendous crimes requires all to find new and effective ways for common Muslim and international action to fight this trend that is harming the Muslim world, its prestige and which has distorted the image and reputation of Muslims."
