Two U.S. soldiers, 4 Iraqis killed

BAGHDAD, Jan. 24 (UPI) -- Two U.S. soldiers and four Iraqis were killed and more than 30 others were injured in two separate attacks in Iraq Saturday.

A car bomb blew up near an Iraqi police station in Samaraa, north of Baghdad, killing four Iraqis and injuring four others, including two American soldiers.

Two U.S. soldiers were also killed when a roadside bomb exploded in Fallujah, west of Baghdad.

Saturday's attacks came one day after two American pilots were killed when their helicopter crashed near Mosul in northern Iraq. No details were revealed on the cause of the crash, the third in one month.
