No witnesses in N.Y. abortion trial

BUFFALO, N.Y., March 17 (UPI) -- There were no witnesses Monday in the Buffalo, N.Y. trial of James Kopp, accused of killing abortion provider Dr. Barnett Slepian. The judge heard facts agreed upon by the prosecution and defense and will rule and sentence Kopp, who waived his right to a jury trial.
