Court rejects Internet gambling case

WASHINGTON, June 17 (UPI) -- The Supreme Court Monday refused to become involved in the issue of offshore Internet gambling. The justices refused to review the case of an industry pioneer convicted of setting up an offshore gambling operation, though he said he researched the law and was convinced his business was legitimate.
