Government to buy back Florida oil leases

WASHINGTON, May 29 (UPI) -- President Bush and his younger brother, Florida Gov. Jeb Bush, said Wednesday the federal government will buy back oil and gas drilling rights off the coast of Florida and in the Everglades. The buyback includes the Destin Dome, a rich deposit of natural gas 25 miles south of Pensacola, Fla.
