Teen alcohol epidemic survey revised

WASHINGTON, Feb. 27 (UPI) -- Authors of a study that showed underage drinkers consume a quarter of the alcohol sold in the United States revised their estimates Tuesday, saying consumption may be much lower. Authors of the "Teen Tipplers" report said they made the mistake by calculating numbers based on an "over sampling" of teenagers.
