Author Ken Kesey dead at age 66

EUGENE, Ore., Nov. 10 (UPI) -- Funeral arrangements were pending for writer Ken Kesey, who died early Saturday in Oregon. The 66-year-old author of "One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest" suffered from complications of liver surgery performed two weeks ago.
