MLB: Toronto 6, Texas 1

TORONTO, April 30 (UPI) -- Roy Halladay pitched a five-hitter Monday to lead the Toronto Blue Jays to a 6-1 victory over the Texas Rangers.

Troy Glaus, Aaron Hill and Adam Lind all homered for the Blue Jays, who have won five of their last seven games.

Halladay (4-0) struck out eight and walked none in his second complete game of the season.

Sammy Sosa had two hits and the only RBI for the Rangers, who have lost five of their last seven games.

Texas starter Vincente Padilla (0-4) gave up four runs on six hits, while walking four. Scott Feldman, working one inning, allowed two runs on two hits.
