BOSTON, April 8 (UPI) -- Michael Nylander scored his second goal of the game 40 seconds into overtime Saturday, lifting the New York Rangers to a 4-3 win over Boston.
Jaromir Jagr had a goal and two assists, Nylander added an assist, Tom Poti had two assists and Kevin Weekes made 23 saves for the Rangers (44-21-12) -- who have won three straight and five of their last six games to reach 100 points for the sixth time in franchise history.
Jagr's 53rd goal of the season set a team record, breaking the previous mark of 52 set by Adam Graves during New York's Stanley Cup season of 1993-94.
Brad Boyes scored two goals; Glen Murray, Brad Stuart, Brad Isbister, Yan Stastny and Patrice Bergeron added assists; and goaltender Tim Thomas made 21 saves for the Bruins (29-35-14), who have lost five of their last six games.
