LONDON, Jan. 5 (UPI) -- Actress Jennifer Garner spoke out about last year's mass celebrity photo hack and slammed hackers for stealing hundreds of private photos of celebrities and sharing them online.

"It's an invasion. It's violent. It's a violent abuse of women," she shared. "They're not just doing it to any woman. These women know when they're walking down the streets that so many people have seen them in this way," said Garner of the likes of Jennifer Lawrence, Kate Upton, Gabrielle Union and Hayden Pannetiere -- some of the stars targeted in the hack.

"It just makes me want to hurt somebody," she added.

Garner's comments appeared in the January issue of Britain's Loaded magazine, for which her husband, the actor Ben Affleck, was the cover star.

Affleck credited Garner with giving him the strength to return to Hollywood after his big screen flops, but pledged to never work with her again.

"She won most of the fights in the movie, which was a pretty good predictor of what would happen down the road -- my wife holding swords and beating the living [expletive] out of me," he said of co-starring with his wife in the 2005 film, Elektra.
