Prince William and Harry add party plans

LONDON, May 20 (UPI) -- Princes William and Harry have announced that they will throw an all-night bash in London in connection with the memorial for Diana Princess of Wales.

Members of the British Royal Household are reportedly upset about the all-night VIP party that is supposed to take place after the memorial concert on July 1, The Mail on Sunday reported.

William and Harry said they hope the concerts most famous acts, including Elton John, Rod Stewart and Lily Allen, will attend the after party.

But, senior aides in the royal household have voiced their concerns that an all-night party is not a fitting tribute to the late princess.

The party may have been thought up by the princes, but it is being overseen by Prince Harry's mentor Mark Dyer.

"There is a genuine fear that the Princes could be photographed falling out of the party in the early hours. It is not seen as a fitting memorial," said a source in the royal household.
