ARLINGTON, Va., Sept. 5 (UPI) -- The U.S. Coast Guard has given eGlobalTech a five-year contract to provide program management and technical support services at the Coast Guard headquarters.

Services to be provided by the information technology company include acquisition program management support and aviation C4ISR systems support for the CG-9335 command, control, communication, computers, intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance project offices.

"eGT is pleased to continue supporting the US Coast Guard," said Alan Potter, senior director of eGT's Homeland Security Practice. "We look forward to providing quality technical expertise and results as the C4ISR systems move from development into integration, test, and deployment."

The value of the contract and other contract details were not disclosed.

eGlobalTech is a certified woman-owned small business. It currently has two other Coast Guard awards, issued by the Coast Guard's Aviation Logistics Center in North Carolina, for support of aviation systems, engineering, and program management.

The Coast Guard's headquarters is located in Washington, D.C.
