BAGHDAD, Dec. 21 (UPI) -- Iraq's Babel newspaper, run by President Saddam Hussein's eldest son, was back on the stands Saturday after a one-month halt ordered by the government. Officials never announced why Babel was shut down in November, but other media suggested the reason was related to commentaries deemed harmful to Arab countries.
