Nick Tarnasky (born November 25, 1984 in Rocky Mountain House, Alberta) is a professional ice hockey centre who currently plays for the Florida Panthers of the National Hockey League.

Tarnasky was drafted in the 9th round, 287th overall by the Tampa Bay Lightning in the 2003 NHL Entry Draft. On September 29th, 2008, Tarnasky was traded to the Nashville Predators for a conditional 6th round pick in the 2009 draft. On November 27, 2008 Tarnasky was traded to the Florida Panthers in exchange for Wade Belak.
