Honey Boo Boo and her family go as the Kardashians for Halloween

(UPI) -- Alana "Honey Boo Boo" Thompson and her family dressed as the Kardashians for Halloween.

The 8-year-old reality star and her mother changed roles as Alana dressed as Kardashian matriarch Kris Jenner, while Mama June dressed as Kim.

June's husband Sugar Bear dressed as the former Olympic medalist Bruce Jenner while Anna dressed as Kourtney and Kaitlyn went as her daughter Penelope Disick. Pumpkin got all prepped up to incarnate Scott Disick while Jessica dressed as Khloe. Uncle Pooder also went as Kim.

"We decided to dress up like the Kardashians because everyone seems to compare our family to them," Mama June told People. "Now we're just the redneck version."

Here Comes Honey Boo Boo will come back to the small screen for the show's third season January 16.
