McCarthy, 40, was set to have a talk show on OWN but explained the deal fell trough.
"I did a deal with her for five years, but we...kinda shook hands," she told Andy Cohen while visiting Watch What Happens Live Tuesday. "I would be scared she would beat me up."
Asked if she thought she was on Winfrey's "list," McCarthy said she was probably number four on the list.
"I'm sure there's probably a lot of people on her sh-t list," she replied, "but I'm probably number four."
