Hollywood Hillbillies, a Reelz Channel reality show featuring the life of a Georgia family who moves to Hollywood, will debut in January of 2014.
The show's central character is Michael Kittrell, the star of a YouTube viral video titled "Gingers do have souls!!" who rose to fame following the release of three minute clip in which he responds to an episode of South Park that mocked redheads.
"Hollywood Hillbillies" will follow Michael, his mom "Mema," Delores Hughes, and various other family members as they move from Grayson, Ga. to Hollywood, Calif. to spend money they reportedly won on the Internet.
"Hollywood has just gained some weight. Country has come to town, and we are 2 tons of fun, let me tell you," Dolores told TCA according to zap2it.

"We've put the fun in dysfunctional, I'm telling you," added Michael's sister Dee Dee Peters.
As for what they plan to do in Los Angeles, the girls are planning to do lots of shopping, while Michael is expecting to find love.
"So if any ladies out there are looking, they're into redheads ... I'm definitely your man [roars]. I'm a tiger. I'm a lot of fun. I'm not the best‑looking guy, but I'm a lot of fun," he said.
Regarding the natural comparisons to the other reality show depicting the life of a rural family the "Hollywood Hillbillies" stars claim the don't want to be compared to the "Honey Boo Boo" crowd.
"She needs to be spanked," says Dee Dee. "I mean, I'm sorry. She's terrible. If I would be acting like that, we would have been buried in the backyard."
