Police spokeswoman Maya Forstenius said investigators are looking for a dark vehicle.

Three men died in the shooting, one of whom was known to police. Officials said the crime appears to be linked to organized or gang crime, not terrorism.

"We are treating this as an isolated event that is confined to these injured persons," Forstenius said.

The names of the victims were not released.
