COLONIA ESCALON, El Salvador, April 9 (UPI) -- Authorities on Saturday raided the El Salvador offices of Panama-based Mossack Fonseca, the law firm at the center of the Panama Papers information leak that allegedly unearthed the private financial dealings of world leaders.
Police have seized "few documents," computers and servers from the local offices, according to updates provided through Twitter. They were reportedly prompted to search the offices after the firm took its external sign down Thursday.
