CUIABA, Brazil, Feb. 7 (UPI) -- 28 prisoners escaped Nova Mutum public jail on Thursday in Brazil after three women seduced and drugged the two guards and the prison director. Some reports claim the director was asleep and never got involved.

The women allegedly approached the guards in dominatrix police uniforms with drugged whiskey and told them they wanted to have an orgy.

The guards were found passed out and naked, and three shotguns and two pistols were stolen. One shotgun has been recovered. The guards and director will be charged with aiding in a prison break and willfull embezzlement for the stolen weapons.

Nine of the 28 prisoners who escaped have been captured so far.

"The plan was to seduce them," police chief Angelina de Andrades Ferreira said in a press conference. "They served them cheap whiskey with some substance to knock them out, then unlocked the central gate which accesses the internal cells. Whoever wanted to escape left by the front door. From the moment they drank the whiskey the agents don't remember a thing."

It is believed one of the girls who orchestrated the plan is the girlfriend of one of the escaped inmates. The inmate, 18-year-old Bruno Amorim, was in prison for attempted murder.

"Everything indicated that he planned and executed everything, with the help of his girlfriend," said Ferreira.
