GENOA, Italy, Aug. 6 (UPI) -- A human skull was discovered on the wrecked cruise ship Costa Concordia by crews searching for the last victim not yet recovered.
The ship, which ran around on Italy's Giglio Island in 2012, killing 32 people, was towed last month to the port of Genoa for scrapping. Prior to the dismantling, a final search is underway for the body of Russel Rebello, a ship's steward from India.

The skull found may not be that of Rebello. It was found in the same area of the ship where a badly decomposed body was discovered, the Italian news agency ANSA reported Wednesday.
