Russian FSB employees injured by car bomb

NAZRAN, Russia, March 30 (UPI) -- A married couple employed by the Russian Federal Security Service suffered injuries in a car bomb explosion in the North Caucasus, an official said.

A spokesperson for the investigation committee said Alikhan Yandiyev and his wife, who was not identified, were in the car when the bomb exploded in Nazran, the capital of the republic of Ingushetia, RIA Novosti reported.

Yandiyev and his wife, both employees of Russia's main domestic security agency, were hospitalized.

Authorities are investigating, the spokesperson said.
