Two killed in Canada plane crash

STETTLER, Alberta, June 4 (UPI) -- At least two people were killed in a plane crash in Canada's Alberta province, investigators say.

The four-passenger plane was found 3:30 a.m. MDT Saturday, burning in a field north of Stettler, Alberta, the Canadian Broadcast Corp. reported. The plane had been reported missing late Friday.

The flight began in British Columbia and was supposed to land in central Alberta when it was reported missing.

There was light snow and rain at the time of the crash.

The report will be handed over to the Transportation Safety Board when it is completed.
