Islam reportedly told police he and the other worker, named Alamgir, had finished their cleaning work at the port of Chittagong, Bangladesh March 21, when they went into the empty container for a nap.

When they awoke, the door was closed and they were in darkness. They shouted and banged on the walls but could not be heard under thousands of containers in the port.
