Supreme Court has moment of silence

WASHINGTON, Oct. 1 (UPI) -- The Supreme Court began its new term Monday with a moment of silence for all those killed and injured in the Sept. 11 terror attacks. Chief Justice William Rehnquist singled out U.S. Solicitor General Theodore Olson, who was sitting in the courtroom, because his wife Barbara was killed aboard the hijacked plane that crashed into the Pentagon.
