Nov. 13 (UPI) -- New Orleans Saints gunslinger Drew Brees leads my fantasy football quarterback rankings for Week 11. Patrick Mahomes, Carson Wentz, Cam Newton and Jared Goff are also in my top five this week at the position.
Make sure players from the Buffalo Bills, New England Patriots, San Francisco 49ers, Miami Dolphins, New York Jets and Cleveland Browns are on your bench or on your waiver wire as those players have Week 11 byes and should not be in starting lineups.
If you need a replacement quarterback, are streaming the position, or just want to keep a talented gunslinger away from your fantasy football foe, take a look at some of my top players to add and drop off of your waiver wire for Week 11.
Here are my Top 20 options at the position this week.
TOP 20 WEEK 11 RANKINGS BELOW
TOP SHELF
Wentz has been on fire as of late, passing for multiple touchdowns in six consecutive games and eclipsing the 300 yards mark in four of those contests. I expect the Philadelphia Eagles star to show off his arm once again in Week 11 against the New Orleans Saints, a unit allowing the most fantasy points per game to opposing quarterbacks. Wentz is my No. 3 option for Week 11 and should be a solid QB1 down the stretch.
Dak Prescott might not look pretty as a passer, but he is staying fantasy football relevant. The Dallas Cowboys star has three rushing scores in his last four games and is coming off of his best game of the season from an accuracy standpoint. This week he faces the Atlanta Falcons, a unit allowing the fourth-most fantasy points per game to opposing quarterbacks. I have Prescott as my No, 14 option for the week, meaning he is a solid streaming option for Week 11.
SNEAKY PLAYS
Detroit Lions veteran Matthew Stafford has been turning the ball over lately, but he shouldn't be ignored from a fantasy football perspective. That is definitely the case this week as the Lions take on the Carolina Panthers, a unit allowing the fifth-most fantasy points per game to opposing passers. Stafford is another streaming option and lands at No. 17 in my weekly rankings.
Eli Manning showed that he can still take advantage of a poor defense in Week 10, lighting up the San Francisco 49ers for three touchdown passes. Two of those scores went to Odell Beckham Jr. I expect that connection to stay hot in Week 11 against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, a unit allowing the second-most fantasy points per game to opposing quarterbacks. Manning is No. 18 in my Week 11 rankings.
LONGSHOTS
Lamar Jackson might make his first NFL start in Week 11. That should open the door for some highlight-reel plays. He should also be considered a high-upside streamer this week. The Baltimore Ravens rookie has a matchup against the Cincinnati Bengals, a unit allowing the third-most fantasy points per game to opposing passers. He is my No. 19 option for Week 11 if he ends up getting the nod. I expect him to use his legs for upwards of 60 rushing yards and throw multiple scores against this beatable secondary.

19 | Lamar Jackson | Baltimore Ravens | vs. CIN |
20 | Blake Bortles | Jacksonville Jaguars | vs. PIT |
Jacksonville Jaguars passer Blake Bortles is another low-end streaming option for Week 11 if you are in a crunch. My No. 20 quarterback for the week had 320 yards and two touchdown passes in Week 10 against the Indianapolis Colts. He should also produce solid fantasy numbers against the Pittsburgh Steelers in Week 11. The Steelers are allowing the sixth-most fantasy points per game to opposing passers. Bortles is only a viable option in deeper leagues.
