NBA: Detroit 113, Washington 102

AUBURN HILLS, Mich., March 6 (UPI) -- Tayshaun Prince and Rodney Stuckey combined for 39 points Sunday in the Detroit Pistons' 113-102 victory over Washington.

Prince returned after missing four games with an ailing back to score 20 points. Stuckey contributed 19 points, nine assists and seven rebounds as the Pistons broke a two-game losing streak and kept their faint playoff hopes alive.

Charlie Villanueva drained a trio of 3-pointers en route to 16 points as Detroit shot 51.6 percent from the field.

John Wall put in 24 points and distributed seven assists as the Wizards fell to 1-29 on the road.

Andray Blatche and Nick Young added 21 points piece for Washington.
