NBA: Philadelphia 88, New Orleans 70

PHILADELPHIA, Dec. 12 (UPI) -- Lou Williams and Andre Iguodala teamed up to score 33 points Sunday and the Philadelphia 76ers cruised to an 88-70 victory over New Orleans.

Williams put in 17 points, Iguodala added 16 and 10 rebounds and Elton Brand chipped in with 15 points and 13 boards for the Sixers, who won for the third time on a four-game homestand.

Jrue Holiday contributed 12 points for Philadephia, which held the Hornets to a paltry 30.4 percent shooting from the floor.

New Orleans got 25 points from Chris Paul as well as nine points and eight rebounds from David West in losing for the fourth time in five games.
