MLB: Florida 7, Philadelphia 3

PHILADELPHIA, May 31 (UPI) -- Luis Gonzalez's 350th career home run Saturday helped the Florida Marlins top Philadelphia 7-3.

Gonzalez's fourth round-tripper this season, a two-run shot, followed a two-run double by Wes Helms in the top of the fourth inning. Florida's Jorge Cantu hit a solo homer and Cody Ross hit a two-run shot in the sixth.

Four players had two hits apiece for the Marlins, who regained first place in the National League East by stopping a three-game losing streak.

Winner Ricky Nolasco (5-3) gave up two earned runs and four hits in 6 2/3 innings with two walks and five strikeouts.

Philadelphia got one RBI from three different players -- including Chase Utley, who hit his 19th homer this season, a solo blast in the eighth.

Pat Burrell and Shane Victorino had two hits each for the Phillies, whose five-game winning streak ended.

Losing pitcher Cole Hamels (5-4) surrendered seven earned runs and eight hits in 5 2/3 innings.
