Jussi Jokinen missed for Dallas, after which Marleau wrapped up the victory by beating Turco to the left side.

Dallas rallied from a 3-1 deficit to force overtime, but it was still another poor night in what has been a turbulent month for the Stars.

Dallas fired General Manager Doug Armstrong Tuesday and named Brett Hull and Les Jackson as co-GMs for the remainder of the season.

San Jose won its third straight as Evgeni Nabokov made 26 saves before being perfect in the shootout.
