MLB: Baltimore 6, Boston 3 (10 inn.)

BALTIMORE, Aug. 12 (UPI) -- Kevin Millar hit a walk-off three-run homer in the bottom of the 10th inning Sunday, propelling Baltimore to a 6-3 come-from-behind win over Boston.

Millar, who used to play for Boston, had two runs and three hits in all.

Baltimore’s Miguel Tejada hit a game-tying two-run homer in the eighth off struggling reliever Kevin Gagne, who has allowed seven runs in four innings in his last seven games.

Melvin Mora drove in one run and Aubrey Huff added two hits for the Orioles, who won twice in the three-game series.

The winner was Chad Bradford (1-4).

Boston got a two-run double from Manny Ramirez in the third and an RBI double from Julio Lugo in the fourth.

J.D. Drew had three hits, and Mike Lowell and Jason Varitek both had two hits for the Red Sox, whose AL East lead over the New York Yankees dropped to four games.

The loser was Kyle Snyder (2-3).
