ORLANDO, Fla., March 2 (UPI) -- Steve Francis scored 29 points Wednesday night and Orlando fought off a late Sacramento charge to defeat the Kings, 114-111.
Orlando had a nine-point lead with 48 seconds to play, but Sacramento came back and had a chance to tie it at the buzzer.

A a three-point attempt by Peja Stojakovic failed to go. Stojakovic scored 28 points in his first game back after a seven-day layoff brought on by a hamstring strain.
Grant Hill and Dwight Howard both scored 20 points for the Magic, losers of their three previous games.
Mike Bibby added 26 for the Kings.
