But last Thursday, as he proclaimed his innocence, he settled a lawsuit with a woman who accused him of seducing her when she was 17, MTV News reports. Advertisement The R&B singer settled with former Epic Records intern Tracy Sampson for an undisclosed sum, according to attorney Susan E. Loggans. In a $50,000 civil suit filed in August, Sampson claimed Kelly induced her into a sexual relationship when she was 17. When the story first broke about the tape in February, Kelly told Chicago TV station WMAQ it was a fake. That same week, however, he settled another civil suit accusing him of having sex with an underage girl. More women reportedly are preparing to file similar cases against the musician. Advertisement Chicago police continue to investigate Kelly and are still trying to authenticate the 27-minute tape they received nearly two months ago. That tape had been mailed anonymously to a Chicago newspaper, which turned it over to authorities. RAINFOREST FOUNDATION BENEFIT Guitarist Jeff Beck, singer/songwriters Carole King and Rebekah Del Rio, country star Wynonna Judd, R&B icons Patti LaBelle and Smokey Robinson, and vocalist Lulu have joined the line-up of performers who'll appear at this Saturday's 11th annual Rainforest Foundation benefit concert at New York's Carnegie Hall. Also on the bill -- benefit regulars Elton John, James Taylor and Sting, Billboard.com reports, as well as sitarist Ravi Shankar. Ravi Shankar is expected to perform a piece he has written in memory of the late Beatle George Harrison, one of the two individuals to whom the night is dedicated. "We have titled the evening 'Give Me Love, Give Me Peace on Earth' from George Harrison's timeless lyrics," concert producer Trudie Styler said in a statement. Styler and her husband, Sting, co-founded the Rainforest Foundation in 1989. The event has been deemed by the Guinness Book of World Records as the biggest environmental fundraising event in the world, according to organizers. It's the culmination of Rainforest Awareness Week in New York, when a number of awareness-building and fundraising events will be held throughout the city. The tournament -- named in honor of Neil's daughter, Skylar, who died of cancer at 4 -- has raised almost $500,000 for the Neil Bogart Memorial Fund, a division of the T.J. Martell Foundation, for children's cancer, leukemia and AIDS research. "I started this tournament because I didn't want any family to go through what Skylar and I went through," said Neil. "I hoped the event would be a hit but never imagined how big it would get. I am honored to have Skylar's name remembered with an event that helps kids." The rocker-turned-TV-star's slab of cement will reside in front of the Ripley's Believe It or Not Museum, according to RollingStone.com. The unveiling ceremony starts at 11:30 a.m. (PDT) and -- via his Web site -- Osbourne is inviting fans to help him and his now-famous TV family to join in the festivities.
