NEW YORK, March 12 (UPI) -- Courtney Love has joined the cast of Revenge.
The 50-year-old singer will appear in a recurring role on season four of the ABC series.

NEW YORK, March 12 (UPI) -- Courtney Love has joined the cast of Revenge. The 50-year-old singer will appear in a recurring role on season four of the ABC series.
Love will portray White Gold, a "jetsetter" who arrives in the Hamptons for Margaux (Karine Vanasse). The character will debut March 29 on episode 18, "Clarity."
Love is best known as the former frontwoman of Hole, and released her first solo album, America's Sweetheart, in 2004. The singer recently portrayed Ms. Harrison on Fox series Sons of Anarchy, and currently plays Elle Dallas on musical drama Empire.
Revenge premiered in 2011, and stars Emily VanCamp as Emily Thorne and Madeleine Stowe as Victoria Grayson. The drama follows Emily, born Amanda Clarke, as she exacts revenge on Victoria and the Grayson family for framing her father, David Clarke (James Tupper).
