LOS ANGELES, Aug. 19 (UPI) -- Best friends Julianne Hough and Nina Dobrev are giving fans a glimpse into their girls getaway. The 28-year-old professional dancer and 27-year-old actress both posted photos from their Idaho vacation Thursday on Instagram.

"Reunited at last... #SpoonFriendsAreTheBestFriends," Dobrev captioned a picture of herself with Hough. The dancer shared the same photo, writing, "My brown eyed girl!"
Hough and Dobrev also posted a "cheeky" picture of themselves baring their butts to the camera. The pair were accompanied on the trip by a number of other girlfriends, including hair stylist Riawna Capri.
Capri, a longtime stylist to both Hough and Dobrev, was responsible for introducing the now-close friends. Hough revealed as much to E! News in 2013 while discussing her friendship with Dobrev.
"We've known the same person, Riawna Capri, who cuts and colors and does our hair. She's like, 'You guys have to meet,'" she recalled. "We've just been, like, joined -- connected at the hip."
Hough is known for her work on Dancing with the Stars and recently appeared on Running Wild with Bear Grylls. Dobrev played Elena Gilbert on The Vampire Diaries for six seasons and will star in xXx: The Return of Xander Cage.
