games without pay and fined her $1,000 and Seattle Storm guard

Atlanta Falcons -- Signed wide receiver Willie Jackson; waived
receiver Jeff Graham.
Chicago Bears -- Signed free agent defensive tackle Christian
Peter, who had been with the New York Giants, to a one-year
contract; claimed fullback Gregg Kellett off waivers from the
Indianapolis Colts; agreed to terms on a three-year contract
with tackle-guard Terrence Metcalf.
Cincinnati Bengals -- Signed defensive end Joey Evans to a
three-year contract.
San Diego Chargers -- Signed wide receiver Terry Charles.
