Justin Patrick Huber (pronounced /ˈhjuːbər/; born July 1, 1982 in Melbourne, Australia) is a first baseman/outfielder in the Minnesota Twins organization currently assigned to their triple A affiliate, the Rochester Red Wings.

He was originally drafted as a catcher by the New York Mets in 2000, and became one of the top prospects within the Mets organization when he was traded to the Kansas City Royals at the 2004 trade deadline for José Bautista (the Mets then included Bautista in a package to the Pittsburgh Pirates for pitcher Kris Benson). Huber underwent surgery to repair torn cartilage in his left knee in August, ending his season.

This injury ended Huber's catching career, and by the time he made his major league debut on June 21, 2005, he was a first baseman. He made his first career appearance in the outfield on September 17, 2007 against the Chicago White Sox.
