Clint Eastwood requests denial of spousal support for Dina Eastwood

Clint Eastwood is challenging several of Dina Eastwood's requests in the couple's divorce battle.

Months after Dina Eastwood filed divorce papers against Clint Eastwood, the Gran Torino star has filed a few documents of his own.

Clint, 83, is reportedly asking the judge to turn down his soon-to-be-ex-wife's request for spousal support. According to TMZ, Clint based his filing on a prenup that lays out Dina's rights rather clearly.

Additionally, the actor-director is also challenging Dina's claim for full custody of the couple's 16-year-old Morgan and requested to get physical custody himself.

According to Clint, his marriage with Dina ended over a year and a half ago and the couple has been separated since June 2012.

Dina cited irreconcilable differences in ending her 17-year marriage to Clint in papers filed on October 22, 2013.
