Dina Eastwood files for divorce from Clint Eastwood

Dina Eastwood filed for divorce Tuesday from her actor-director husband, Clint Eastwood.

(UPI) -- Dina Eastwood has changed her mind again, filing for divorce from Clint Eastwood more than a month after filing, and then withdrawing, legal separation papers.

The actor-director's wife, 48, citied irreconcilable differences in ending their 17-year marriage in papers filed Tuesday at court in Monterey, Calif. She asked for physical custody of their daughter, Morgan, 16, and joint legal custody.

Clint, 83, was married once before, and has six children with four women besides Dina. The Eastwoods have a prenuptial agreement, but the divorce filing states property rights are "to be determined."

Dina Eastwood, who last year starred in a reality show about her life, entered into rehab in April to treat depression and anxiety. Clint Eastwood, meanwhile, has been working on a big-screen adaptation of the Broadway musical Jersey Boys.
