Kristin Chenoweth goes pixie with new haircut

(UPI) -- Kristin Chenoweth pulled a Pamela Anderson and ditched her long blonde locks for a pixie cut during a visit to the salon Thursday.

The Broadway star's stylist Jonathan Hanousek shared a photo of her new look on Instagram.

“Look who came to the salon today!!!” he captioned the picture. “@KChenoweth went short today for her new film!! We had sooo much fun!”

Chenoweth, 45, is the latest celebrity to join in on the short-hair craze. Just last week Anderson made headlines after she was spotted with a crop cut and in August, Beyonce debuted her very own pixie cut on Instagram.
