After ditching her court-mandated check-in at the Morningside Recovery drug rehab center in Newport Beach, Calif. Thursday, Lindsay Lohan got back together with her former lawyer Shawn Holley, who negotiated with prosecutors to allow the actress to check into the Betty Ford Center instead.

TMZ reports the 26-year-old star checked into the Rancho Mirage, Calif. facility late Thursday night, "barely dodging" the arrest warrant that would ensue if she did not comply with her court-mandated rehabilitation.

According to Radar, Lohan fired Mark Heller as her attorney and somehow got Holley -- whom she fired back in January -- to take her back so that she could finally put and end to the drama and begin getting better.

“Right now, Lindsay is focused on getting better. She wanted the drama to end, and that is why she fired Mark Heller," a source told Radar. "She was literally telling Shawn she would sell a body part if she would take her on as a client again. Shawn agreed, and Lindsay appreciates everything she has done for her. When Shawn says jump, Lindsay will automatically do so.”

Lohan has a complicated story with both Holley and the Betty For Center as the star allegedly owes her former attorney over $300,000 in unpaid legal fees and got into a physical altercation with a staffer at the rehab center when she stayed there for the first time in 2010.
