After arriving nearly an hour late to court Monday, narrowly evading a glitter-bomb, and arranging a 90-day stint in rehab, Linday Lohan posed for a brand new mugshot with the Santa Monica Police Department.
Lohan pleaded no contest to reckless driving and lying to the police about crashing her Porsche in Santa Monica, Calif., last summer. The 26-year-old actress and her lawyer, Mark Heller, negotiated a plea deal with prosecutors to avoid jail time. Instead, she'll spend 90 days at a rehab facility, perform 30 days of community service and receive therapy for 18 months.
The judge presiding over Lohan's case recommended that she avoid getting behind the wheel.
"A suggestion: don't drive. You're in New York. You don't need to drive," he said. "This is it. You violate your probation and we're not going to be having discussions about putting you back on probation in either case."
The photo, taken Tuesday, is Lohan's sixth mugshot. She earned her first back in July, 2007, after police arrested her for driving under the influence and and cocaine possession.
