REYNOSA, Mexico, Nov. 12 (UPI) -- Investigators in Mexico's Tamaulipas state said they were questioning three inmates about the weekend riot at a Reynosa prison in which six inmates were killed.
Tamaulipas state investigators said the riot broke out Sunday at the Reynosa State Prison where the six men were killed with makeshift shanks, The (McAllen, Texas) Monitor reported Monday.

Authorities said the men questioned told investigators the riot resulted from ongoing hostilities among the inmates.
