MOSCOW, Aug. 29 (UPI) -- Russia's Federal Security Service said Thursday 460 pounds of hashish with a street value of $1.2 million was found in flowers imported from the Netherlands.
Officials arrested a member of an international criminal ring responsible for delivering the illegal drugs to Russia, the security service said.

On Monday, 10 tons of opium poppy were delivered to Russia in a truckload of Chinese cabbage.
Earlier in August, some 265 pounds of cocaine were hidden in a shipment of bananas from Ecuador, RIA Novosti reported.
