Gunmen kill Pakistani journalist

MIRANSHAH, Pakistan, Feb. 27 (UPI) -- A reporter for Pakistan's Geo News was killed Wednesday when gunmen opened fire on his vehicle in the Miranshah area of North Waziristan Agency, police said.

Malik Mumtaz is survived by a wife, two sons and a daughter, Geo News reported.

Mumtaz was chairman of the Miranshah Press Club.
