The girl's mother, two other women and a man were arrested after the assault in the town of Kushva, in Russia's Sverdlovsk region, the Investigative Committee Urals said.
During what Russian news agency RIA Novosti described as "a drinking party in a private home," the girl pointed out one of the male guests and said he had sexually abused her.
The other guests then began beating him. He died as a result of a fatal head injury administered by the girl's mother, the news agency reported.
The four each face 15 years in prison if convicted.
