Five bodies recovered months after the ship struck a rock formation have now been positively identified through DNA tests, officials told the Italian news agency ANSA.
The five included on-board musician Giuseppe Girolamo, who reportedly gave up his place in a lifeboat to a child, two Germans and two Americans.
The Germans were identified as Christina Mathi Ganz and Norbert Joseph Ganz. The Americans were Barbara and Gerald Heil.
A total of 32 people died in the cruise ship disaster.
